Beef and potato strips stir fry with okra sauce with corn rice
I made this okra sauce last year after watching a cooking show.
using the stickiness from the finely chopped okra to thicken the sauce so no cornstarch is needed.

this was good~! feels like a japanese version of cookies and cream
