It was a super duper hot day today, reaching 33deg at mid noon.
but my laundry dried so nicely =)
and we managed a walk to the shopping centre since there was no fear of rain.
we came back exhausted because of the heat, but we were already planning an cup noodle lunch, so lunch was easy peasy.
(and yummy!)
Dinner was
Besides a vegetable soup,
Sirloin steak saute with asparagus and shiitake
in homemade tomato miso sauce and a dash of shoyu
okra and sour plum bits with jelly dressing
i haven't made this jelly dressing for some time. i think the last, was proabably last summer. simple to make (just mix some chicken stock, shoyu and vinegar into gelatine!) and so refreshing to have with salad on a hot evening.
the news says the following wekk is an all rainy one. *.*
