almond jelly for the first time

The rain that lasted through the night stopped this morning to our delight.
So it was an air con like cool evening, and a nice hot morning.
which of course got more and more humid, but i am not complaining cos we managed walks outside.

I made pasta for lunch, but it was again, hard to finish cos it was hot.
sakura prawns and cabbage pasta with hijiki

Dinner was using a recipe i wanted to try after a cooking show.

Pork and asparagus curry with lots of other summer vegetables

What was good about this recipe is that only half the pack of curry roux was used since LOTS of vegetables, including fresh tomatoes were stewed in. So with the same amount of curry roux used as usual, i made curry for 2 dinners.
cucumber pickles in shiso furikake
homemade almond jelly
bought a premix from muji, all i did was add in soy milk and hot water!
and it turned out really good. so soft like tofu, and sweetness level just right.

Japan just lost against Holland. =(
