natto udon

After various cheese toasts for breakfast for quite some time, i suddenly felt, hey lets have udon today!
natto with poached egg on warm udon
i think japanese breakfast is nice sometimes =)

Main for dinner was saba rice and vegetable soup

saba rice with gingko nuts, topped with grated pink daikon, drizzled with fresh yuzu juice
mushroom cream sauce on prawns and cabbage salad
topped with baby star

baby star is a noodle snack that reminds me of mamee
except this comes in a variety of flavours besides the standard instant noodle like taste.

this was curry! yummy!

BBQed purple sweet potato
white skin
with delicious sweet purple flesh

it is really really cold now, and J seems to have caught a flu. =(
