Perfecting tamagoyaki...

sauteed pork slices in spicy BBQ sauce, sakura prawns tamagoyaki, spinach with ground black sesame, beef and carrot rice
Dinner

Tofu mentai cheese yaki. Tofu in mentai cream sauce, topped with cheese mochi and mozarella and oven baked

I didnt use much brain cells when i was making dinner. Just wanted to have something cheese baked, yet with tofu, and also with mentaiko, but somehow i also wanted to have baked mochi. so i just combined all and popped the gratin dish into the oven.
