Nabana

Its spring time in my kitchen~
Bought more flower leaves (nanohana or nabana in short). look at the pretty yellow flowers!
Butter sauteed it for dinner =)

Bamboo shoot chicken burgers, nabana butter saute and mentaiko stuffed hanpen

Japanese muruku?!
Fried soba snack with wasabi broad beans, topped on chilled tofu and tomatoes salad.
With yesterdays simmered bamboo shoot poured into the rice cooker, we had takenoko takikomi gohan.


J bento was pretty luxurious today
Garlic miso tonkatsu, cream croquette and spinach cheese salad rice
It was cold and rainy today, looking forward to the sunshiney weekend!
