which calls for some beer and yakitori~~~
am still trying to perfect the shoyu/mirin ratio and the timing between basting the skewers in sauce while grilling.
yakitori platter (with grilled shiitake), mini charsiew don, kimchi soup, grilled eggplant in ginger shoyu, and baby star salad.
love it as a salad topping!
