a big plate of our favourite okara

We had fish and rice today.

paper baked cod with enoki mushrooms,
with garlic black bean sauce & ginger strips
lotus root soup
to warm the both of us up since it suddenly became so chilly today.
okara and hijiki salad
Both of us love okara salad, so i usually make a HUGE amount each time so we can happily fill our bellies with this filled with polyphenol & iron salad.

it gets cold one day and hot the other very often in spring.
coping with it was hard in the beginning, but i am learning to enjoy each different day. =)
