i had a class at 1pm today which means either i skipped lunch cos my lunch is usually really late, or i have a heavier breakfast since breakfast is always a late affair for us.
but after my heavy breakfast, i opened the fridge, smiled at the 2 red boxes, reached into it.
ok, maybe just a lil cos a whole piece might have been too heavy after breakfast.
but then a thick slice was dished out,
and after 20seconds of microwave, this piece of pandan fluff was sooooooooo heartwarming, just had to finish it.
ok, bad excuse? hehe
but chiffon cakes are really light, so its really easy for me to overeat chiffon.
i grit my teeth, divided them and nicely wrapped them up before freezing.
with each slice i dished out, i felt my hand tugging to go in the direction of my mouth.
but i was a good girl =)
managed to find out if cheese everyday is not so good.
seems that a slice a day is ok.
forgot to add that i have a slice plus extra cream cheese each time.
the nutritionist said, if i crave more cheese, i should replace with yogurt.
i didnt want to tell her i have a tall glass of yogurt drink everyday. woops.
well, the issue with cheese, the salt content & its link to high blood pressure.
i honestly think cheese cant really be replaced by yogurt.
came back home feeling sooooooooooooo sleepy, so dinner was made quick quick.

so thankful i am not working. probably would be like a sleepy zzzzzzzzz monster not able to make dinner.
