teriyaki chicken with black vinegar

When i have a day out, chicken dishes are always the easiest to prepare for dinner.
i just have marinate the chicken fillets in the fridge before i leave th house.
come home, pop in the griller and we have a flavourful main =)
Tonight was teriyaki chicken steak on multi grain rice...
followed a recipe we saw on tv last week which looked really yummy.
instead of the sticky super sweet sauce. this was with a zing cos of the black vinegar in the sauce.
we like it!
with sauteed vegetables and sweet potato salad

chicken fillets always satisfy because of the volume and protein content.
=) with our favourite multi grain rice. super satisfied@@
