pink daikon for salad

It was a freezing 10deg in the day today!!!
and rain just went on n on, so i was warming up at home the whole day in the living room. hmm... i now know why winter makes the weighing scale number goes up.

seafood & broccolli gratin was main
pink daikon salad with purple sweet potato shavings, yuba (beancurd skin), topped with tiny white fishes, drizzled with wafu shoyu based dressing

warmed up, and happy cos the weekend is here!
