european curry bread?

There are many European bakeries in Japan, some chains genuinely European, while most, created locally with the aim to give you the feeling of being in an European bakery.
Well in any case, i enjoy the smell of the bakery anytime, anywhere.
One of my favourites, born and bread, a japanese german bakery. hehe i know it sounds weird.
near our place, and always making very chocolatey, nuttey and cheesey pastries and breads.
this was cube bread filled with caramel
very cute cube shaped bread filled with all sorts of fillings, we chose caramel this time.
and despite the so called european style, there was anpan, and curry pan.
and yeah, my dear fren was eyeing on this since we set foot in the shop.
of course the curry pan wasnt european style at all. its just that, i think if the basic anpan and curry pan are left out from the bakery, it will be weird.

i stopped frying curry pan at home cos i have a headache with the excess oil left from deep frying. =P

Dinner was

squids with yam stir fried in squid inerds and tom yum
steamed eggplants topped with sakura prawns & seaweed furikake

The squid stir fry, again, was satisfying co the sauce with the iners is really tasty!
used the same recipe as the last time, just replacing miso with tom yum.
yummy!
