What do you do when you have a whole bunch of grapes in the fridge that are getting less and less firm as the days go by?
Make jelly
kyoho grapes jelly with zero sugar added
we were super surprised at how this was still sweet with just pure grape juice!

Tonights dinner was adventure for me
tried to make gyoza with wings, which is the in thing now. adding water with some flour dissolved lastly to create a thin crispy crepe like wing around the gyozas.
ended up with a slightly too burnt bottom
picking up a piece, hmm looked ok. but taste wise, gotta improve.
ganbarimasu(working hard)!!!@@
daikon with crunchy anchovy topping salad
which was the only item that we ate in peace =) hehe
we both love this refreshing daikon salad which is very popular in restaurants. the difficult thing about making this at home is the daikon type. i usually get my vege from the local farmers mart, and that means daikon plucked out from the ground in the morning, which is really really hot because of the freshness. hot as in wasabi stinging hot! this time got this daikon from somewhere else. phew~ just right =)

cant wait for the rainy week to end.
