A peek into J bento
It was rainy rainy the whole day again, and i was craving something with ankake (pronounced as AHN KAH KEH, this literally means sticky sauce, and is usually seafood based or minced meat based, which was what i made today)
Mabo nasu (eggplant with minced meat ankake)
instant mochi topped with crab sticks and shoyu
(yamaimo and potatoes in equal portions grated and popped in the microwave for 2 min.)
chilled enoki & hijiki salad tossed in ume dressing

i cant believe the highest temperature in hokkaido was 30degC while it was so chilly at 18deg here.
looking forward to the weekend though!@@
