i just cant get enough of summer vegetables.
They are so so very tasty, i find myself overeating at each meal.

This is something i have been having for lunch pretty often lately
grilled eggplants(thinly sliced) with cracked salt & moulin pesto
This moulin pesto that i bought from France is really addictive.
Theres olive oil soaked dried basil, cheese, and pepper in there, so a sprinkle of it really accentuates the flavours of grilled vegetables.
I am using so much of it this summer, i reckon this would be finished in no time.
I wonder if i can figure out how to make this at home.

And we had more grilled vegetables for dinner...
Pumpkin, young sweet onions & mixed beans grilled with rosemary
Since we bought some fishcakes too, grilled them at the same time.
J asked, hmm... we are getting vegetarian these days...

really, with all the yummy yummy vegetables, my tum tum is satisfied enough!
