Sweet potato roll and pumpkin red bean tart

Sweet potatoes are in season now. Specifically, satsumaimo, the Japanese sweet potato is used in many dishes and cakes of the season.

I havent had such fine tarts for quite some time. so engrossed were we in savouring th fine bean paste in the tart that we forgot to take a picture of the bean paste in there. Beautiful colour combination...
