塩カラメルグラノラ


I made crumble bits to go with the granola i made on sunday.

Yup, the crumble bits that you would find on apple crumble...



Chocolate crumble bits with maple granola


cinammon crumble bits with home made apricot custard as dessert this evening.

I made custard with less sugar so that i could add different flavoured jam to it. This time, i used the apricot jam Okaasan made for us during apricot season few months ago=)

New batch of granola made yesterday... Salty caramel granola

For dinner tonight, it is JunAki Indo style. There is this new curry cafe Fuji Indo that just opened this month near our place and each time i walk pass it, i crave curry. (Indo means Indian in Japanese.)



Mushroom curry with the balanced stew from yesterday added in.
