I made my favourite ratatouille today after stocking up on my favourite summer vegetables from here and there. Some from the supermart, and nice zucchinis from the farmer's place.

Nicoise salad is one of my favourite french salad too. and since the vegetables needed for it are in season, we had it all french tonight! =)

My favourites too ! Your "salade niçoise" seems pretty yummy and the texture of the "ratatouille" looks wonderful :-) So mouthwatering...
