Bento

Curry spiced white miso roast pork, stir fried radish leaves and fish cake, inari sushi

I thought the winter spinach season was over, but i found this again at our local veg seller...

Notice how the leaves are more crumples and the stalks are shorter. They look like salad spinach, but cant be eaten raw. Tastes like the regular Japanese spinach.

Dinner tonight was Thai, German & Japanese



Tom yum stir fried squid and mushrooms
Simmered sauerkraut

Grilled Chikuwa and mentai cheese stuffed hanpen (both chikuwa and kanpen being different kinds of fish surimi)
Though not a friday, J couldnt resist a can of beer today. =P
