Grilled fish

This is something i crave most when i am not in Japan... Simply grilled fish. No oil, no dripping sauces.
It IS possible to enjoy fish grilled with just salt, nothing else. But this time i marinated it with 2 different kinds of miso and some wine.


Dinner

Grilled miso gindara with a side serving of pickles i made yesterday

Truffle salt sauteed shimeji served on a bed of warm brocolli salad

chilled egg tofu with crunchy okura
