Japanese char siew (roast pork), lettuce and tomato salad dressed with sesame dressing, tofu mash with hijiki and edamamecrunchy enoki with chilled plum sauce

crabstick salad drizzled with balsamic dressing, sliced bananans with creamy chocolate marron sauce
salmon egg fried rice

Miso roasted chicken with side tofu mash (think chicken and mash, Japanese style)
Mini salad of cool blanched cabbage topped with sauteed sakura ebi and cherry tomatoes.
