pumpkin oat croquettes

The sun was out shining today, but it was cold.

walking around the estate in the afternoon is still enjoyable here, but i cant imagine myself in a snow filled place. ok, i think i cant live in hokkaido. snowy white and beautiful, and always a dream to live in such a place, i gotta shove that dream aside first and get used to tokyo winter.

Dinner was

steamed oysters on a bed of vegetables topped with garlic black bean sauce

baked pumpkin oat patties

filled with micned pork and onions

i was getting bored of breadcrumbed croquettes, so i tried coating those pumpkin patties with toasted oat crumbs. healthily delicious =)
