Marinated the chicken with yoghurt, curry, turmeric and chilli powder overnight so that i could just grill it in the oven when i come home from a whole day of shopping. But since i was craving curry sauce too, i decided to add the oven grilled tandoori chicken to some instant curry sauce together with some sauteed onions and brown mushrooms. Topped on rice and drizzled with some cream.
It was warm and nice today with a cool breeze =) Flowers blooming everywhere too...
And we satisfied our tum tums with sushi for lunch too!... Ahhhh~
