Havent had black natto for some time.
Decided to be naughty and do a black & white don for breakfast.
white grated mountain yam & black natto, topped with seaweed furikake

We have a 3 day weekend starting tmr!
hehe after that long new year break, a long weekend =)
J has been working hard this week though, so beer for a friday night~@@

some limited edition hop
oyako don with mentaiko
okara
simmered root vegetables (daikon, carrots, lotus root), konnyaku

And for dessert,
homemade ichigo (strawberry) daifuku
filled with red bean paste, wrapped in chewy mochi skins

I am craving burger & fries
